At Melani the Label, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a flexible 14-day return period for store credit or size exchanges. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are still attached to the items.

• 3.
  Ship to Melani

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a store credit voucher or exchange confirmation will be emailed to you within 5 business days.
